Kathleen Peterson is AuraStella’s President of Sales/Co-Founder. Entering Direct Sales before she even entered college, she now has over twenty years of experience. From field sales as an independent consultant to corporate management, she has worked with companies such as Avon, Creative Memories, and Tastefully Simple. She brings experience and a high level of expertise to strategic planning, recruiting, training, and coaching.

Kathleen is a true believer in direct sales. She has personally seen women soar to the top making six figure incomes, and changing their lives for the better. She knows that the people that advance are those that help others succeed.

Moving to Florida two years ago from Minnesota offered Kathleen a chance to work with several start-up party plan companies. In her experience with new and established companies she states that she has never seen a Consultant compensation plan as enriching as AuraStella’s.
